Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduate, or up to one year of experience in electrical panel assembly or industrial electrical work.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and control panels.
Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with common electrical tools and measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in assembling electrical control panels, distribution boards, MCCs, PCCs, PLC panels, and VFD panels.
Read and follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Mount and wire electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and push buttons.
Perform cable cutting, ferruling, crimping, termination, and labeling.
Support continuity, insulation, and functional testing under supervision.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean and safe condition.
Follow company quality standards and electrical safety procedures.
Report material shortages, defects, or technical issues to the supervisor.
Learn panel manufacturing processes and participate in on-the-job training.
Understand and interpret electrical wiring drawings.
Assist senior technicians with panel modifications and troubleshooting when required.
