Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in removals or logistics, preferably household goods operations.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct physical surveys to assess shipment volume.
Respond to customer enquiries for household goods removals.
Prepare daily and weekly packing schedules based on confirmed bookings.
Assign packing teams according to job requirements and shipment size.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to confirm packing dates.
Ensure packing materials and manpower are ready before execution.
Adjust schedules for urgent changes, delays, or customs requirements.
Support quotation preparation, documentation review, customs submission, and invoice handling.
