Job Summary
To support the implementation of Sales, projects, and business-as-usual operations specified by the division. To assist the Business Manager and Leadership team in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting progress on planned division initiatives.
Job Requirements
Essential Experience and Skills:
Experience in organizing, scheduling, and managing meetings.
Strong experience in managing records and documentation.
Experience working with both internal and external customers.
Experience performing work at accepted time frames.
Demonstrates clear communication abilities in both spoken and written formats.
Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Skilled at completing tasks with accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
Able to analyze data and information to produce clear reports on trends, patterns, and other observations.
Proficiency in using relevant IT programs, such as Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ideally has a minimum of 5 years experience in the above skills.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
Experience working within a structured project management environment.
Knowledge in a variety of commercial and operational processes and procedures.
Work experience managing external suppliers and other service providers.
Capability to coordinate and/or assist with project activities using standard project management techniques.
Job Responsibilities
Utilizing ATCO procedures and systems to support division activities.
Creating excellent reports, briefing papers, presentations, and documents that are suitable for their intended purpose and fulfill business requirements.
Gathering, evaluating, and presenting data in a range of forms as needed.
Doing background research whenever necessary to support in achieving the division's objectives.
Coordinating inquiries and information requests, and when necessary, drafting or preparing appropriate responses
Coordinating and planning events, meetings, and communications to make sure activities go properly and achieve the objectives.
Supporting managers and business divisions with high-level business support, including helping to create annual business plans and supporting paperwork for the monthly assessment process.
Assisting manager in implementing business and corporate plans for the division.
Coordinating the required operation activities (to be done by the operation Manager and logistic Team) in support of the sales and business activities.
Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by line management.
