Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customers for our automation products and engineered solutions. This role requires both sales acumen and technical proficiency, especially in automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, RTU, drives, and industrial networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in industrial automation or related sectors.
Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, VFDs, and industrial networking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell automation systems and solutions, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial communication/networking products.
Achieve assigned sales targets, order intake, and margin objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bid evaluations, ensuring both technical and commercial compliance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare accurate and customized solution proposals.
Provide pre-sales technical support, guidance, and clarifications throughout the sales cycle.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
