Job Summary
The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the growth of electrical products and solutions across the region, focusing on utility companies, contractors, and engineering consultants. The role plays a key part in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and achieving defined sales targets.
This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise in electrical transmission and distribution systems and commercial acumen to build trusted customer relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver value-driven solutions.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in electrical and technical sales within the power Transmission and distribution sector, with specific experience in the KSA utility market often preferred.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of LV, MV & HV electrical products, systems, and relevant international standards (e.g. IEC)

Proficiency in English; Arabic language abilities are also required.

Job Responsibilities
Find and explore new sales opportunities in the T&D field, including potential clients like the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement staff, and technical experts from utility organizations and EPC companies.
As an expert in the field, you are going to understand properly and explain the technical characteristics as well as advantages of products (such as switchgear, transformers, OHL Switching, etc.) to satisfy the demands of individual clients.
Handle the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, verifying compliance with customer requirements (such as SEC, Saudi Aramco, and generating competitive bids.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pricing changes for determining product and sales strategy.
Work closely with internal engineering, managerial, and logistics teams to ensure that projects run smoothly, from placing orders to after-sales support.
Track performance in sales measures, keep correct records in systems, and submit regular updates to manager.
